Unknown God - Week 3

What if peace isn't a feeling? This week we meet God by the name Jehovah Shalom, the Lord is peace. Gideon is hiding from his enemies when God calls him a mighty man of valor. Nothing around him has changed. The battle is still ahead. But he builds an altar and worships anyway. Peace was never a feeling that waited for calm. It is the presence of God in the storm. And that presence has a name. Jesus is our peace.
